Join Our Team as a Pediatric Hospitalist

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team at a top-tier children's hospital located in Tacoma, WA. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care for pediatric patients, ages 0-21.
• Conduct daily rounding and patient assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists for comprehensive patient management.
• Engage in patient consultations, education, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the Epic EMR system.
• Participate in scheduling and coordination of care as needed.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a residency in Pediatrics.
• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active Washington state medical license (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• A commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must possess an active Washington state medical license or be willing to obtain one.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics is required.
• Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates.
