1. Average Daily Encounters: 126
2. Some procedures required
3. Open ICU
4. EMR: Epic
5. 7 days on/off block scheduling
6. The hospitalist team includes 6 full-time physicians, 6 full-time APPs, 2 full-time nocturnists
7. Three physicians, 3 APPs round at a time, overnight in-house nocturnist is responsible for admissions, codes, rapid responses, tele-nocturnist covers floor pages
