Job summary

Accolades Physician Resources is seeking Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine physicians to join a metro Los Angeles hospitalist group. The role covers 1 primary site across Southern California with day, night, or hybrid shifts; no ICU procedures and typical patient load of 16+ per shift.

Compensation offers a base salary with uncapped RVU bonus potential, choice of W2 or 1099, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice, medical, dental, and vision coverage; license and DEA

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• California medical license and DEA eligibility required.
• Willing to work 7 on / 7 off block schedule; experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover 1 primary site among metro area hospitals in Southern California.
• No ICU procedures; manage 16+ patients per shift.
• RVU-based bonus on top of base pay; W2 or 1099 options.

METRO LOS ANGELES HOSPITALIST- MULTIPLE NEEDS

Due to growth & increased coverage, an established hospitalist group is seeking a Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine trained physician with experience to join the team and cover 1 primary site of several metro area hospitals in Southern California. Experience preferred. Options include Day shifts, Nocturnist or a hybrid of DAYS and nights.

No procedures. Closed ICU

16+ patients per shift

RVU bonus on top of base salary

W2 or 1099 options with uncapped income potential on top of base pay
