Join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV, at the state's largest and most comprehensive children s hospital. Sunrise Children s Hospital is renowned for its specialized care, offering a state-of-the-art NICU and PICU, making it an exceptional environment for pediatric healthcare professionals. Job Responsibilities :

• Minimum of 1 year of current inpatient Hospitalist experience required; provide recent case logs.
• Full-time position for BC / BE Pediatrician.
• Work varied shifts with a combination of in-house responsibilities and on-call from home.
• Collaborate within a team of 8 Pediatric Hospitalists.
• Manage an average daily census of 25-30 patients on a 46-bed pediatric floor.
• Be supported by a robust team of pediatric intensivists in the PICU and CVICU, as well as pediatric emergency medicine physicians.
• Engage in academic opportunities with residents from the University of Nevada School of Medicine.
• Provide care in the only dedicated tertiary-care children s facility in the state, with a Level II Trauma Center.
• Participate in a comprehensive array of pediatric sub-specialty support.
• This is a full-time, permanent position. Residency within the local area may be required.

Qualifications :

• TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Pediatrics.
• Nevada medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Provide evidence of past inpatient Hospitalist work experience.
• Visa support (J1 or H1B) not provided.

License and Certification Requirements :

• Active Nevada license or a willingness to obtain one.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics required.
