Job description

OB/GYN Hospitalist Program (MD/DO)

• Schedule: 24-hour shifts, minimum of 6 per month.

• Physicians can request up to 10 days off per month; the remaining 20-21 days will be scheduled accordingly.

• Holiday Work: At least 2 holidays per year (1 major, 1 minor). Holiday Pay: An additional $600 per shift (7am-7pm; 7pm-7am) when working clinically on designated holidays, including New Year's Eve (night shift), New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

• CME Allowance: $3,500 for full-time physicians.

• Reimbursements: State license, DEA renewal, Board re-certifications, and professional dues/affiliations paid or reimbursed. All other organizational dues can be reimbursed through BERA.

• Compensation: $150 per hour.
