Accolades Physician Resources seeks a Hospitalist to staff a 90-bed community hospital in central Kentucky. The role features a seven-on/seven-off schedule with 12-hour shifts (7a–7p and 7p–7a), rounding, admissions, and close collaboration with physicians and care teams.

Ideal candidates will manage chronic conditions and provide continuous inpatient care across units, with an expected patient load of 15–18.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Ability to obtain Kentucky medical license.
• U.S. physician with current U.S. work visa, if required.

Responsibilities

• Rounding, admitting, and collaborating with care teams.
• Identifying and managing chronic conditions and providing continuous inpatient care.
• Coverage includes Medical/Surgical units, Swing Bed Program, and ICU.

12 Hour Shifts : 7a-7p & 7p-7a
Duties: Rounding, Admitting, Collaborating with physicians, nursing & care teams, Identifying/managing chronic medical conditions & providing continuous care to hospitalized inpatients
Coverage includes: Medical/Surgical Inpatient Units, Swing Bed Program+8-Bed ICU
Average 15-18 patients
