Job summary

Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for a 90-bed rural community hospital in Central Kentucky. This full-time W-2 position involves 168 annual 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with an average daily census of 15–18 patients across Med/Surg, Swing Bed, and a small ICU.

Base salary is $307,000 with a $25,000 sign-on, plus comprehensive health and liability insurance, fully funded pensions (403b/457b), loan repayment assistance, paid time off, CME allowance,

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Kentucky medical license.
• Compassionate, collaborative hospitalist with inpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist coverage for inpatient units, including Med/Surg, Swing Bed, and ICU.
• Collaborate with APRNs, nursing staff, and specialists to deliver patient-centered care.
• Manage a daily census of roughly 15–18 patients across assigned units.
