We are hiring for both a Hospitalist and a Nocturnist position. The Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and capable of delivering exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:
- We are a close-knit, established team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse.
- Our team includes members from the USA, Canada, Pakistan, and South America.
- We are involved in many committees, including sepsis, code blue, stroke, etc.
- We work closely with nurses for specialized Plan of Care visits and have daily multidisciplinary rounds with case managers, nurses, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and pharmacy.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or eligible in family or internal medicine.
- Experience working in an open 10-bed low-acuity ICU with coverage during the day by intensivists. Must be able to perform procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, intubation, respond to rapid responses, and run CODE BLUEs.
- We sponsor H1B and J1 visa candidates. Our in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing experts handle all required filings, covering all associated fees.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- Two physicians and one APP per day shift (7 am-7 pm), and one physician on night shift (7 pm-7 am). We support coverage for our teammates when needed.
- We are hiring for both a nocturnist and a hospitalist.
