• Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician Hospitalist

• Clinical Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM; 7 on / 7 off rotation

PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adults across all age groups and demographics
• Patient Volume/Census: patients per provider during day shift
• Admissions: Yes
• Rounding: Included
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Case Mix: Unassigned ED patients, inpatient consults, transfers, critical care (co-managed)

• No. of Beds in Department: 420-bed facility
• Trauma Level: Level 2
• EMR System: EPIC
• Specialty Backup Available: 24/7 subspecialty support including pulm/critical care and radiology
