Job Opportunity: Physician for Dysphagia Evaluation Practice

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team, with both full-time and part-time positions available. Physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Annual income for working 4 to 5 days a week ranges approximately from $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume.
2. Health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an educational stipend are available.
3. No weekends or night call.
4. Malpractice coverage (including tail) is paid for by the practice. In over 400,000 evaluations over 19 years, we have not had a malpractice inquiry or action.

Practice Details:

Midwest Dysphagia Consultants' mission is to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, for patients with swallowing difficulties. These consultations are delivered via a mobile unit, as pictured on our website.

Our mobile unit serves various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients. Requests for swallowing studies are routed through our office staff and scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, with same-day scheduling possible depending on volume and location. Our staff ensures that physicians are home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
