We are hiring for both a full-time Hospitalist and a full or part-time Nocturnist. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

• Scheduling is a team effort. Most shifts are days, with rotations for mid-shifts monthly and minimal night shifts.
• Flexibility is supported within a team-oriented block schedule.
• We need a full-time hospitalist and a full or part-time nocturnist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of cases with different acuity levels.
• Our critical care team handles ICU patients on vents, pressors, and BiPap. ICU patients are few and manageable.
• If comfortable, procedures can be performed; however, they are not mandatory.
• Respond to codes and rapid alerts, and support each other during emergencies.
