Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible nurse practitioner with acute care certification required.
• Active California NP license preferred.
• Experience as an advanced practice provider in an acute care hospital setting required.

We are hiring full-time or part-time hospitalist nurse practitioners for day rounding shifts.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.

• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

• Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.

• Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioners with acute care certification required.

• Active California license preferred.

• Experience working as an advanced practice provider in an acute care hospital setting is required.

• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.

Scheduling:

• We are looking for a nurse practitioner interested in rounding in a day shift role.

• 7 on/7 off schedule.

• Shifts are 12 hours in length; 7 am - 7 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Work alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers.

• Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who relishes the challenge of addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.
