Job summary

Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, California, is seeking hospitalist nurse practitioners for full-time or part-time nocturnist roles.

Shifts are 12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 7-on/7-off schedule. You will complete admissions, work with a multidisciplinary team, and use Epic EMR.

Board-certified/eligible with acute care cert, California license preferred, US work authorization required. Compensation around $180,000 annually plus bonuses.

We are hiring full-time or part-time hospitalist nurse practitioners for our nocturnist role. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively on overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
• Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.
• Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioners with acute care certification required.
• Active California license preferred.
• Experience working as an advanced practice provider in an acute care hospital setting is required.
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
