Job summary

Catapult Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist to join a growing, well-established team in Illinois. The position offers a 7 am to 7 pm day shift schedule, with support from NPs and PAs to enhance care delivery.

The opportunity includes a $270,000 base salary, a $40,000 signing bonus, and a $30,000 retention bonus paid over three years, plus value-based bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. Expect approximately 15 patients per day in a 128-bed community hospital.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified/board eligible in Hospital Medicine.
• Experience in a hospitalist program and acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work all day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm.
• Average 15 patients per day.
• No on-call requirement; 7 on-7 off schedule.

Practice Description: Hospital system in Illinois seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist to join a flourishing and well established team of physicians. This Hospitalist program was created in 2011 and continues to grow to meet the needs of referring physicians. This position would be all day shifts working 7 am to 7 pm. The program is supplemented with nurse practitioners and physician assistants to extend the expedience of care.
