Catapult Healthcare is assisting a hospital system in Illinois with recruiting a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician for a large, multi-specialty practice. This is a hospital-employed role in a community hospital with a strong referral network and robust pension and benefits.

The position offers a guaranteed base, a signing bonus, and substantial loan forgiveness to support recruitment. The practice supports inpatient medicine via the hospitalist program or allows you to manage your own inpatient

Practice Description: Hospital system in Illinois seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine physician as we plan for the retirement of a physician with a very large practice. This position would be in the systems Family Medical Center which is a multi-specialty clinic with family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics and neurology. This is a hospital-employed position with a progressive and financially secure Health System. Join a strong team of employed physicians who offer a direct source for referrals and specialties.

Practice Opportunity Details

• $265,000 base salary with a two year guarantee; then uncapped RVU production
