Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens coverage in Tacoma, WA. Start ASAP with ongoing shifts, 7 on/7 off, inpatient medicine duties including day rounding, admitting duties, and nocturnist coverage as needed.

Compensation ranges from $179.45 to $194.25 per hour with malpractice insurance arranged by AMN and travel, lodging, rental and transportation support provided. This is a physician-led opportunity to support patient care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid medical license and be board-certified in hospital medicine.
• Locum tenens position with ASAP start, ongoing assignment.
• Experience as Hospitalist with inpatient rounding, admitting duties and nocturnist coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage including day rounding.
• Act as admitting physician (admitter) and nocturnist as needed.
• Cover varied shifts as assigned.

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

September 2024 - Ongoing, Varied shifts, 7 on 7 off Inpatient Medicine including day rounding, admitter and nocturnist Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 days
