Job summary

PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Eugene/Springfield, OR, seeks a Hospitalist to join a collaborative, high-acuity care team in a Level II trauma center. You will work in a busy but team-focused environment with strong peer support and teaching opportunities with medical students from OHSU.

The role features flexible block scheduling, a capped census, and a comprehensive, team-based care model designed for quality outcomes and balance. Relocation and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or foreign equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency.
• Board certification or eligibility considered.

Responsibilities

• Work within a unit-based, interdisciplinary care model focused on quality and patient outcomes.
• Manageable census – capped at 18 patients.
• Collaborative care with palliative care, specialty services and advanced practice clinicians.
• Teaching opportunities with medical students (OHSU affiliation).
