Job summary

Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN license and APRN with current specialty certification.
• Oklahoma BON prescriptive authority recognition.
• Oklahoma APRN license with prescriptive authority and specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services including assessment, intervention and evaluation of care within the scope of practice.
• Collaborates with physicians and other health care providers to coordinate patient care.
• Documents services per policies, including medical records, billing documents, and care plans.
• Performs procedures and treatments per established protocols and may recommend procedures.
• Promotes patient wellness through education and counseling.
• Initiates drug therapy after physician consultation when appropriate.
• Assists in ordering needed supplies and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
