CaduceusMedicalRecruitment seeks Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physicians to join a well-established, high-volume hospitalist program within a large integrated health care system. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule, strong specialty support, and a collaborative inpatient environment.

Practice highlights include a 7 on/7 off schedule with 12-hour daytime shifts, no call responsibilities, and an average census of 15–20 patients per provider.

Formación

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Hospitalist experience preferred.
• Ability to work 7 on/7 off, 12-hour shifts.
• No major procedures required.
• Strong collaboration with subspecialists.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for adult patients.
• Admit patients from the ED and manage transfers.
• Collaborate with intensivists and specialists for co-management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient throughput.
