CaduceusMedicalRecruitment is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physicians to join a well-established, high-volume hospitalist program within a large integrated health care system. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule and robust specialty support in a collaborative inpatient environment.

The role provides a robust schedule with a 7 on/7 off rotation and 12-hour daytime shifts, no call responsibilities, and opportunities to work additional shifts for increased

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Hospitalist experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for adult patients.
• Admit and manage patients from the emergency department and transfers.
• Provide consultative and co-management services with specialists.
• Collaborate with intensivists in the care of critically ill patients.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including nursing, case management, and specialty services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
