Qualifications

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in high-volume hospitalist setting.
• Part of a robust, integrated health care system.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for adult patients.
• Admit and manage patients from the emergency department and transfers.
• Provide consultative and co-management services with specialists.
• Collaborate with intensivists for care of critically ill patients (no procedures required).
• Maintain timely documentation within the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
• Contribute to patient throughput and hospital throughput initiatives.
