Job summary

Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton, Florida, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Physician (MD or DO) to join its inpatient Hospital Medicine team in a well-supported, structured environment. The position offers a hospital-employed model with a balanced 7-on/7-off schedule and strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with inpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) with inpatient experience.
• Florida medical license or ability to obtain an active license in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage in a structured 7-on/7-off schedule.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
• Maintain board certification and Florida medical license as required.
