Santa Rosa Medical Center is actively seeking a Full‑Time Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Hospitalist Physician (MD or DO) to join its dedicated Hospital Medicine team in Milton, Florida. Team Structure

Our program is engineered to provide robust coverage, reducing physician burnout and streamlining patient care:

• Day Team Coverage: 2 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Night Coverage: Fully dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage, minimizing overnight demands on the day team.
