Tower Health’s Reading Hospital is recruiting a Hospitalist to join our Hospitalist Services team in Reading, PA. You must be ready to start ASAP by early 2027 and participate in a flexible schedule with 15 ten-hour shifts per month, including some nights and weekends, in a closed ICU setting.

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• PA license required or ability to obtain one.
• Coordinate inpatient adult medicine care with EPIC EMR.
• Availability to start ASAP by early 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of care for inpatient Adult Medicine Service.
• Support flexible schedule with 15 ten-hour shifts per month (nights/weekends included).
• Operate in a closed ICU with no procedures.
• Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR.

The Opportunity:

• Responsible for coordinating all aspects of care for the inpatient Adult Medicine Service.
• Flexible schedule options
