Job summary

WellSpan Health seeks an experienced Hospitalist to join the group at Good Samaritan Hospital and Ephrata Community Hospital in Ephrata, PA. The role focuses on hospital-based primary care with a lifestyle-friendly 7 on/7 off schedule and day or night shifts.

You will work within an integrated system with strong leadership, ample administrative support, and opportunities for collaboration with the CCU team. Board certification/eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Diplomate of a specialty Board required and residency completed.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-based clinical care and administrative services in a internal medicine setting.
• Join a dedicated hospitalist team and support in CCU as needed.
• Collaborate with Pulmonary Critical Care and other services; participate in on-site care delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Diplomate of a specialty appropriate Board. Upon Hire Required and
• Completion of a specialty appropriate residency. Upon Hire Required and
• Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of the Hospital. Upon Hire Required
