Job summary

WM Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to travel between Newark-area facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers as part of Sharps, Pharmaceutical waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management programs.

The role requires on-site presence, adherence to immunization requirements, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to a structured schedule at multiple hospitals in the region.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with immunization requirements.
• 2 years industry related customer service experience preferred or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Travels between healthcare facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to meet service expectations.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
