Job summary

FC Parking and Hospitality Services in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Full-Time Hospital Valet to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and guide guests to assistance, delivering an exceptional guest experience. Saturday and Sunday shifts are available on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, with $17.00-$18.00 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Driving record: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• Professionalism: Positive teamwork mindset and clear communication.
• Compliance: Valid driver's license and motor vehicle eligibility; background check required.

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience! • COMPLIANCE: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.


• Tolerance for inclement weather.


• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.


• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
