Job summary

FC Parking and Hospitality Services in Pittsburgh is seeking a full-time Hospital Valet to warmly greet guests and assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.

The graveyard shift runs 11:00 pm–7:00 am with pay of $18.00–$19.00 per hour plus tips. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Background check required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and assist with parking.
• Provide directions and respond to guest needs.
• Ensure a safe and efficient valet experience.
• Assist with retrieving guests' vehicles when requested.

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience! Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE:Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• DRIVING RECORD:3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• PROFESSIONALISM:Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• COMPLIANCE:Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment iscontingent upon the successful completion of a backgroundcheck conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, and jog foran 8-hour shift.
• Tolerance for inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbsfor short periods of time.
• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
