Job summary

FC Parking in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Hospital Valet to warmly greet guests, assist with parking and vehicle retrieval, and ensure a smooth experience for patients and visitors. The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, a valid driver\'s license with a clean record, and the ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. This full-time, day-shift position includes medical, dental and vision benefits, paid time off, daily cash

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• DL: 3 years of continuous driver's license experience.
• License: Continuous license without suspension/expiration within 3 years.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations in the last 3 years.
• Professionalism: Positive teamwork mindset, good communication, clean appearance.
• Compliance: Valid driver's license and MV eligibility; background check.

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience! MONDAY through FRIDAY: Day Shift

$19.00-$20.00 per hour, including tips

QualificationsREQUIREMENTS:

• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• DRIVING RECORD:3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• PROFESSIONALISM:Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• COMPLIANCE:Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment iscontingent upon the successful completion of a backgroundcheck conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to walk, stand, and jog foran 8-hour shift.
• Tolerance for inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbsfor short periods of time.
• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
