Job summary

The Charleston Area Medical Center Memorial-Parking Garage is seeking an attentive valet with a security focus to professionally greet visitors, assist with directions, and manage parking and keys. Responsibilities include safe vehicle handling, kiosk assistance, and maintaining a neat, uniform appearance.

You will support visitors, patients, and staff, ensure compliance with parking regulations, and assist in emergencies while upholding CAMC's standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Drivers License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to their destinations.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; monitor and secure keys and tickets.
• Provide directions and information about services as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff; support accessibility needs.
• Respond to emergencies and report hazards to Security Supervisor.
