Job summary

Parking Management Company seeks a Valet Attendant in Charleston, WV to deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests, assisting with vehicle drop-off and retrieval, and maintaining a professional appearance.

You will conduct vehicle inspections, follow safety procedures, manage traffic flow, document parking locations, and report tips, while upholding PMC standards and completing required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and report tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean and presentable.
• Support team and participate in required trainings.
