Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Winfield, IL seeks a Hospital Valet to greet guests, assist with parking, provide directions, and deliver an exceptional guest experience during 5:00PM–10:00PM, Monday through Friday. This full-time role offers benefits and tips.

Requirements include 2+ years of customer service, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a cooperative attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• PROFESSIONALISM: Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• COMPLIANCE: Background check required per laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with parking and vehicle retrieval.

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience! PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
• Tolerance for inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.
• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
