Job summary

FC Parking & Hospitality Services is hiring a Hospital Valet in Huntley, IL. The role involves warmly greeting guests, directing them to parking, and assisting with vehicle retrieval while ensuring a stellar guest experience.

Requirements include at least 2 years of customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a day shift Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience with no suspensions/major violations in last 3 years.
• Positive teamwork mindset and strong communication; clean-cut appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle eligibility; background check required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift; lift up to 30 lbs.

Job Location: Huntley - Huntley, IL 60142. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly. Job Shift: Day. Monday through Friday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

Hospital Valets are the first point of contact for guests. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests in parking and retrieving their vehicles. We assist with directions and anticipate guest’s needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience!

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Driving Record:
  • 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience. License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed. No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years. No major moving violations within the last 3 years. No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• Professionalism:
  • Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• Compliance:
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.
  • Tolerance for inclement weather.
