Job summary

FC Parking and Hospitality Services seeks a Hospital Valet at UCM Ingalls-Flossmoor, IL. You will welcome guests, help park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure a smooth, courteous experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

This is a full-time first shift role with no evenings or weekends. A valid driver's license and strong customer-service skills are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive wages include tips and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• No major violations within the last 3 years.
• Full-time first shift; no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.


• DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.


• License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.


• No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.


• No major moving violations within the last 3 years.


• No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.


• PROFESSIONALISM: Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.


• COMPLIANCE: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.


• Tolerance for inclement weather.


• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.


• Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
