Qualifications

• Must have prior vehicle driving experience.

• Related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to medical trips to clinics and centers.
• Inspect vehicles daily for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Maintain trip logs and document transportation details.
• Communicate with hospital staff and care teams about residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living when needed.
• Administer medication on trips per certificate.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety at all times.
