Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse/receiving experience.
• Familiarity with hospital supplies (medical and non-medical).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with records.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels by regular stock checks, expiration tracking, and usage monitoring.
• Receive and process supply requests from hospital departments.
• Organize and coordinate distribution of supplies to departments, clinics, and designated areas.
• Rotate stock to maintain proper dating and prevent expiration.
• Assist with the management and tracking of equipment, devices, and reusable supplies.
• Adhere to quality control processes and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation and records of supply transactions and distributions.
