Job summary

Qualifications

• One to two years of Materials/Supply handling experience.
• Experience in a patient care unit or hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Patient Services Managers and Material Management Staff.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and retrieves equipment and supplies to patient care areas to support continuity of care.
• Maintains designated storage areas for equipment and supplies.
• Operates department information systems to retrieve and monitor tasks.
• Receives goods from the hospital warehouse and issues supplies to departments.
• Participates in inventory and ensures timely replenishment of carts and shelves.
