HCA Healthcare's Methodist-affiliated facility in San Antonio seeks a Supply Chain Technician to manage stocking, receiving, and inventory control across storerooms and POU areas. The role ensures timely delivery of supplies, accurate receiving into the SMART system, and ongoing stock rotation to prevent expiration.

Responsibilities include maintaining Min/Max levels, processing returns, and supporting nurses stations with issue resolution. HS diploma and hospital supply experience preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior stock clerk experience preferred.
• Hospital supply experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver supplies accurately and in a timely manner.
• Transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices.
• Place safety stock in correct locations and manage storeroom areas.
• Receive expedited deliveries and enter into the SMART system for distribution.
• Record cross-docked items in SMART and route to appropriate departments.
• Review Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders accordingly.
• Count par level areas in POU (point-of-use) weekly per schedule.
• Ensure POU items have proper barcodes and labels.
• Perform QA random checks on totes per policy.
• Rotate stock to prevent expiry and maintain freshness in storerooms and POU areas.
• Check after-hours logs to avoid reoccurrence of charges.
