Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Tech/Receiver for our Central Supply department on a day shift. The role includes receiving stock, delivering supplies, data entry in MMIS, and participating in inventories to ensure accurate supplies for patient care.

Requirements include a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and experience in receiving, distribution and inventory control. US work eligibility only; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn and maintain automated computerized supply system.
• Stable working habits and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receives all stock and non-stock merchandise for the hospital and checks packing slips.
• Sorts incoming merchandise and delivers to delivery routes.
• Reports discrepancies to Purchasing and assists in resolution.
• Enters data into MMIS and checks for accuracy.
• Participates in regular physical inventories.
• Attaches patient charge stickers on merchandise as needed.
• Picks storeroom orders and delivers as needed.
• Restocks automated supply delivery machines in patient care areas.
• Rotates stock and resolves incorrect counts/outdates.
• Uses electronic scanner to reorder supplies for patient care departments.
