Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry Level Supply Chain Tech I to support hospital supply chain operations. You will communicate with clinical staff, replenish items daily, and track inventory using MMIS.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety compliance, and timely reporting in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities include maintaining stock, generating weekly reports, and ensuring proper handling of inventory, endings dates, and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of customer relations or materials management experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with supply items, nomenclature, unit of measure, and product family; communicate with clinical staff.
• Utilize equipment to replenish supply items daily; report stock shortages and trends to supervision.
• Monitor environment; ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies including JCAHO.
• Access hospital computer system to communicate supply and equipment changes.
• Review Materials Matters for clinical product changes and initiate, track, and verify receipt of orders.
• Enter inventory issuance/returns data in MMIS; calculate unit of measure conversions.
• Contact customers daily to monitor service concerns related to supply chain management.
• Maintain neat, organized clinical areas; rotate stock, validate expirations, dispose refuse, ensure storage.
• Create weekly area reports; provide metrics on service calls, costs, stock turns, expirations.
• Attend conferences/seminars/in‑service programs to further knowledge.
