The role requires strong organization, teamwork, and basic computer skills, with familiarity of Workday MMIS and Par Excellence helpful for managing orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience with inventory or supply chain systems preferred.
• Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and distribute medical supplies across hospital and clinic areas.
• Maintain inventory levels by restocking carts, cabinets, and supply rooms.
• Monitor for expired items, manage overstock, and perform cycle counts.
• Safely transport supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the hospital.
• Support timely delivery to ensure uninterrupted patient care.
• Keep supply rooms clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Use inventory systems (Workday MMIS, Par Excellence) to manage orders and inventory.
• Partner with clinical teams to optimize supply usage and workflows.
