Advocate Health is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist at Illinois Masonic Medical Center. The role is full time, 40 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities include managing the supply room, supervising Receiving/Distribution, and maintaining accurate Lawson data. Qualifications include a high school diploma with some college, 1–2 years supervisory experience, and 3–4 years in materials management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework.
• 1-2 years of supervisor experience in a healthcare supply environment preferred.
• Experience with materials management/inventory control in healthcare settings.

Responsabilités

• Manage supply chain operations in a cost effective, efficient and safe manner.
• Oversee the supply room organization, space, shelving and item detail in Lawson.
• Supervise Receiving and Distribution staff, monitor processes for accuracy.
• Set par levels and reorder quantities to balance turnover and stockouts.
• Maintain Lawson inventory data accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Train staff on Lawson applications and review performance with direct reports.
• Monitor inventory turnover, stockouts and vendor performance; resolve issues.
