Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains par level systems for procedure-specific departments within the hospital.
• Verifies hospital deliveries and delivers to the appropriate department.
• Documents monthly supply cost savings and inventory reductions.
• Maintains records like requisition dates, delivery verifications, invoice price confirmation, back-orders, and implant pricing.
• Processes department-specific supply and implant requisitions; confirms accuracy of requisitions.
• Monitors delivery date expectations and works with department staff on implant information accuracy.
• Helps maintain inventory by reducing it while ensuring sufficient stores and special orders.
• Performs regular checks of expiration dates and handles related actions as directed.
