Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires basic communication skills and prior experience in a related supply/healthcare role.
• Prefer two years of college education and a foundational understanding of supply chain processes.
• Experience with hospital or patient-care supply systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains par level systems for procedure-specific departments.
• Verifies hospital deliveries and routes supplies to the correct department.
• Documents monthly supply cost savings and inventory reductions.
• Processes department-specific supply and implant requisitions and confirms accuracy.
• Maintains records (requisitions dates, delivery verifications, invoice prices, back-orders, lot numbers).
• Supports inventory management with focus on reducing excess while keeping adequate levels.
