Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience in supply management, receiving, warehousing, distribution, or similar roles.
• Experience supervising or directing the work of others.
• Experience applying procedures to receive, store, and distribute products.
• Ability to build effective relationships with superiors, subordinates, or peers.
• Ability to form and manage effective teams.
• Knowledge of planning, mobilizing, and distributing resources to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Physically receive, store, and distribute medical supplies.
• Operate material handling equipment and move supplies across the building.
• Update inventory and receipt transactions in PeopleSoft.
• Replenish Omnicell cabinets and update inventory levels.
• Respond to clinic customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Determine staffing needs for the second shift and adjust hours as needed.
• Manage budget and adjust for inventory discrepancies.
• Verify product receiving and notify procurement of discrepancies.
• Review Omnicell usage and adjust par levels based on stock data.
