Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking a detail-focused Supply Chain Support professional to manage inventory control, replenishment, and distribution of hospital supplies and linen. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment.

The successful candidate will handle multiple filing systems, understand invoices/shipping documents, and ensure accurate product dispersal with adherence to safety and cost containment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding/recognition of medical equipment in hospital/clinical settings.
• Experience maintaining multiple filing systems, records, and logistical information.
• Knowledge of computerized and hard-copy information systems.
• Knowledge of cost-effective material management: storage, distribution, product security, receiving/returns, substitutions.
• Knowledge of basic mathematical calculations for inventory replenishment, weights, units of measure, and package counts.
• Clear English reading/writing for invoices, shipping documents, control logs, inventory sheets, and communications.
