Job summary

Temple University's Health Sciences Campus seeks a Stationary Engineer to manage the safe operation of HVAC and building systems across campus facilities. You will monitor equipment, start/stop systems, and work with BAS to ensure occupant comfort.

The role requires a City of Philadelphia Engineer Grade A License eligibility, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years of industrial or educational campus experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC education or equivalent with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems.
• Valid licenses and ability to obtain city license within 120 days.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and dispatch HVAC and building systems.
• Record readings and ensure occupant comfort and services.
• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Utilize Building Automation System (BAS) for operation and control.
