Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients across acute and inpatient settings. The role works under supervision of the Rehab Therapy Services leadership and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient function and quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Maryland licensure, and ASHA certification, plus CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State of Maryland licensure and ASHA certification required.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess Speech, Language, Cognitive, Voice and Swallowing functions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to maximize function.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of department and hospital services.
