Job summary

MultiCare Auburn Medical Center is seeking a Social Worker MSW for per diem, variable schedule in Auburn, WA. Responsibilities

• Administer assessment tools and gather data for assessment, and to assess for optional needed services.
• Interview families to determine social work needs of the participant.
• Contact community resources to coordinate services.
• Provide initial and on-going assessment of participant's social, emotional and cognitive status and needs, involving participant and other staff members in the assessment.
• Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for all assessments, treatment plans, and evaluations.
