Responsibilities

• Establishes Social Work Department policies, methods, procedures, and program assignments.
• Develops, plans and administers social work programs to support patient care.
• Coordinates social work programs to align with health care setting objectives and patient care goals.
• Collaborates with administration and staff in planning social work participation, education and training, and policy formulation.
• Develops communications for the social work program; manages budget and personnel.
